This is a recent addition to the school improvement remit and we have spent time focussing on putting together a set of priorities which fit the needs of schools as identified on School Improvement Plans and School Evaluation Frameworks and also looks to address the emerging national picture.

| To support schools in embedding effective Personal Development Curriculums, which demonstrate impact in teaching conduct, building character and supporting wellbeing. |
| To support schools in building the Cultural Capital of our most disadvantaged pupils (with specific focus on our schools in Crewe). |
| To support schools in their journey to ‘Outstanding’, with a focus on the Personal Development OFSTED descriptors. |
